What to expect is an unhurried, pampered break in an otherwise hectic day. We offer a relaxed atmosphere for you to immerse yourself in, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing and no jewelry.
To fully enjoy your scheduled services, please arrive on time. Free parking is provided in the front of the spa. To ensure a healthful environment for our clients, smoking is not permitted. For the comfort of our clients, we request that children do not accompany you to The Loft.
If you are receiving a pedicure, please consider bringing or wearing open toe shoes, to allow for proper polish drying time.
If you are booking for any relaxation services, it is recommended you allow a few minutes following your treatment to sit and enjoy a glass of water, as this will assist your body with the detoxification process.
All gift certificates are fully transferable, non-refundable and you must present your gift certificate upon arrival to redeem it. Please have your gift certificate number ready when you are booking your services over the phone.
If you would like to book an appointment via email, we cannot guarantee prompt response due to unforeseeable circumstances regarding internet connections.
24-hours notice is required, to cancel or change, per service to prevent a service charge from being added to your bill.
