Our staff at The Loft Wellness Spa, are dedicated to offering you, our client, the highest standard in services, product and information available in the industry. You will experience an oasis of rejuvenation in a professional and soothing environment as our technicians guide you through your services.
Policies:
In order to maintain our standards and quality of services, we ask that you take a moment to read and understand our policies.
- If you have any allergies, health concerns or pregnancy, please advise your technician before beginning any treatment.
- Children should not accompany you to your spa appointment. If they do, we will have to reschedule your service, upon which a cancellation fee may be applied. We offer junior services to those clients under 16 and over 12 years of age.
- Please turn off all cell phones and keep your voice to a minimum as there are relaxation treatments in progress.
- We require 24hrs notice for late arrival, change or cancellation of each service, or a fee of $25 will be applied to your account, per service.
- Lateness in a arrival may result in your service being shortened to accommodate awaiting clients and we cannot refund any monies lost for shortened service(s).
- Upon booking a group, or multiple services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment.
- If you are paying with a gift certificate, please present it upon arrival. If you do not bring your gift certificate, you will be required to pay for your appointment, and the gift certificate may be used at another time.
- We accept cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Interac and valid gift certificates as forms of payment.
- Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds.
